It provides personalized support to new foreign personnel and, if required, also to their host centers, helping with all the procedures required for the proper management and smooth incorporation of international personnel.

Traveling to another country for mobility implies significant changes. Both the displaced person and his/her host institution will have to formalize various administrative and bureaucratic procedures throughout the process, both before traveling to the destination, as well as upon arrival in Spain and, in many cases, during the mobility period. Campussing has the experience and wants to offer it to all the international displaced people coming to Spain, to all the Spanish public and private institutions hosting foreigners and to all their international communities.

The standard relocation program is an intergal service that we call 360º that can cover the mobilities of displaced people who come for a long and short period (less than 3 months), supporting any profile of displaced people, students, workers and their families.



Services included:

  • Point of contact: attention and advice prior to travel, in the country of origin: Our team will assist beneficiaries by providing telematic support (email, telephone), which allows to satisfactorily route the mobility from the origin. We will provide all the necessary information for the beneficiary to select and find the desired accommodation or services upon arrival in Spain.
  • Guidance and support with visa applications and necessary documentation at origin and destination: Acting as a point of contact for bureaucratic and immigration issues, providing support with the formalization of formalities to be carried out in consulates and embassies.
  • Guidance and support with the management of required insurances: We provide support to the beneficiary and guide him/her with the contracting of health insurance, health, death and return policies, which may be necessary when applying for a student visa.
    Telematic and/or telephone attention to queries.
  • Support in the organization of the trip to Spain: We will inform the displaced person about the best options for traveling to Spain and, if necessary, we support the beneficiary with the reservation and management of airline tickets, hotels at destination or temporary accommodation, in addition to coordinating the pick-up at the airport or train station.
  • Welcome and pick-up at the airport in Madrid or Barcelona: We will welcome the beneficiaries at the airport/train station, help them with their luggage and transfer to the accommodation in the destination city.
  • Transfer from airport/station to temporary/final residence: will transfer service users to their temporary or final place of accommodation, helping them with luggage and settling in.
  • Orientation meeting and organization of the service plan with the client: The displaced person will have a personal introductory session with his/her Campussing assistant, in order to detail the service program to be carried out in the following days. In addition, the guide “New Campussing Environment” will be explained and handed to the client, where he/she will find citizen and institutional information.
  • Help in the search for temporary and/or permanent housing (apartment, residence or other): Campusssing will help the displaced person with the search for housing by locating and coordinating visits.
  • Support in the negotiation and review of the residence/rental contract: if the Campussing displaced person needs it, we will provide support with the negotiation of the contract with the landlord or agency, Campussing will assist in order to protect your interests. In addition, we will review the contract and conditions for your peace of mind.
  • Registration of utilities: water, electricity, ADSL, telephone or others: Campussing will register the services you request on your behalf and by indication of the user, if you so wish.
  • Guidance and assistance in contracting a telephone card: Upon arrival we will provide you with a SIM card so that you can book immediately, alternatively, when you arrive at your destination we will provide you with a SIM card so that you can book immediately.When you arrive at your destination we will provide you with all the options to get a Spanish phone number (contract or SIM card) with the best conditions.


This package includes that we show you 5 long term accommodations in the destination city and upon arrival. Tell us what type of accommodation you need and your budget and we will organize the visits based on this premise and future exchange of information with you.


In addition to the additional services detailed for this mobility program on the main page Campussing Programs: We offer you the following additional options that you could hire additionally.

  • Accompaniment: If you would like us to accompany you to the appointments at the destination to guide you through the whole process, a Campussing assistant can accompany you and wait for you at the appointment place to assist you. Also, it is perfect if you do not speak Spanish so that he/she can translate or act as an interpreter. This service is available in Spanish or English.
  • Transfers: if you wish, on the day of the appointment your Campussing assistant can also pick you up at a meeting point, if possible at your hotel or home and take you to the office where the appointment has been arranged, as long as it is within the same city. At the end of your appointment, he/she will take you back to the meeting point.
  • Multilingual Attention Service: If you do not speak English or Spanish, or prefer to be attended in any other language, we can attend you in the language of your choice. This service must be requested upon quotation request and acceptance.


Once you sign up for this service and your request is formalized, your Campussing assistant will contact you to get started, plan and guide you with any questions you may have regarding the necessary mobility processes. We will inform you about the documentation you will need to have ready for your mobility, and where and how to request the ones you do not have. If we need documentation exclusively for the correct execution of the contracted service, you must provide it to us so that we can assist you in time and form.


  • Beneficiary service in Spanish and English.
  •  The attention will be provided during Spanish office hours from Monday to Friday.
  • The response to consultations will be given within a maximum of 24 hours.
  • Expenses for the formalization of insurance, visas or others are not included.
  • Your mobility assistant, at your request, may ask you to make an internal inquiry so that Campussing can advance the payment of a file management fee, such as the payment of an immigration fee, the advance payment of a deposit to formalize an accommodation, an insurance or others… and provided that there is a written agreement between the parties, that is to say between the “Client” (you) and Campussing. In the event that Campussing agrees to make a payment in advance on behalf of the person on the move, and always in order to expedite a service, the client agrees to reimburse Campussing for the mobility allowance at the agreed time and in the agreed manner.
  • Alternatively, the interested party or institution must advance as a provision of funds the agreed amount that corresponds to its formalization.
  • The beneficiary will be provided with an email address for direct contact with the Campussing assistant and a Campussing contact telephone number for emergencies.
