Life in the city away from tourism

Do you want to live like a real Madrileño? Look no further and stay in Tetuán. The southern area is posh and the northern area is more humble and popular with immigrants. Tetuán is home to Real Madrid, the only team to have won the Champions League 13 times. Tetuán is a quiet neighbourhood. There are many parks and you can reach the city centre by metro in a few minutes. In Tetuán you will be able to experience Madrid life in its purest form.

Things to do:

Walk along the famous Paseo de la Castellana, it will lead you to the heart of Madrid.
Join the Real Madrid fans and attend a match.
The team plays at the immense Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Its steep stands seat 81,044 people. The atmosphere on match days is claustrophobic and noisy.
Go into one of the many restaurants, they are excellent.
Keep an eye out for Real Madrid players. They are often seen in the area.

Public transport from this property:

Alvarado metro station, which connects to line 1, is just a minute’s walk away.
Santiago Bernabéus station, metro line 10 is a 15′ walk away.

Terms and conditions

When booking one of the rooms in this residence hall, you will be paying at the time of formalisation:

  1. The cost of the first month’s accommodation in this accommodation and for the type of room and regime that you have selected.
  2. 250€ for Campussing’s management fees, which will be in charge of formalising and carrying out all the administrative documentation between you and the residence hall.

Campussing will accompany you throughout the whole process for the subsequent administrative formalisation, resolution of doubts and fulfilment of the contracted service. You will have everything centralised on our platform through your Campussing assistant.

The rest of the payments to be made with the residence hall will be made later. The important thing now is to have your place booked. Remember that if your stay is longer than 5 months, you will get a discount for all the rooms and accommodation regimes that will be regularised later.

If you don’t want to pay for the whole stay at this moment but you want to make the reservation, you can choose in the product configuration selector above the option “Pay only for the reservation”. By contracting this option you will be reserving a place and the accompanying service of your Campussing assistant will be in charge of helping you throughout the whole process without the need for you to pay the total amount.

Upon receipt of your booking, a Campussing assistant will contact you to coordinate and confirm the type of room and the type of accommodation you require. They will also advise you on the best options to suit your needs. Have a Campussing assistant at your disposal in Madrid, wherever you are!

The Campussing assistance service will be refundable as long as it has not yet started. We understand that the Campussing assistance service starts the moment a Campussing assistant contacts the traveller and agrees to start working, either by phone, email, online or in person. Likewise, if you book a room and accommodation on the Campussing platform and then the reserved conditions are not met, Campussing will reimburse you the money you have paid through our platform. You can rest assured that your money will be safe with us and that in case of non-compliance it will be refunded by the same method used to make the payment.
