Details
By contracting this service you formalize that a campussing assistant will be in charge of managing your insurance and processing your insurance certificate and policy. The insurance will be effective from the moment and initial day for which you have booked it and for the period you book it. As soon as we receive your request we will contact the insurance company that covers the coverage to process it. We need three days for the company to verify your situation according to the profile you have selected.
Conditions
By contracting this service, you authorize Campussing to provide your personal data and application to the insurance company for the correct processing of your policy. The insurance company always reserves the right to process and issue the policy or to decline the request of the applicant and insured. There should not be any problem with the processing but you should be informed beforehand.
Documentation
If further information or documentation is required for the processing of the policy, we will let you know. Once your reservation has been formalized and your request has been received, a Campussing assistant will start working on your request to formalize your policy as soon as possible. As soon as necessary, your Campussing assistant will contact you to formalize and request documentation if necessary to issue the certificate and contract.
Payment and reservation
The reservation of this service on the Campussing platform is effective upon receipt of payment in our account. The price indicated on the website includes VAT or taxes corresponding to the country in which the service is provided.
Cancellation policy:
This product provides for the possibility of future cancellation of part of the insured period and reimbursement of the cost of part of the days not taken. 30 days notice of cancellation must be given so that a refund, reimbursement or cancellation can be arranged.
Refund:
We offer flexible and fair conditions. Provided that a one month notice is given, Campussing will process the cancellation and refund the remaining part if necessary.
For insurances contracted for periods of up to 6 months no refunds for cancellation of unused periods are contemplated.
For contracted periods of more than six months the minimum mandatory period that will not be refunded are the first 6 months and the additional month of notice to be given, i.e. 7 months.
No refunds will ever be given for previous periods already taken or passed and a 1 month notice must be given in case you want to consider the cancellation and corresponding refund.
