Description
This permit is valid for researchers who have a firm job offer to continue the research they have been carrying out in other EU countries in Spain, or for universities or research organizations whose work center is in Spanish territory and want to incorporate the non-EU researcher into their work teams or laboratories to continue the research.
In order to process this permit, it will be necessary that there is a hosting agreement signed by the researcher and the organization in question, as well as a descriptive report of the same and a work contract. In addition, the research organization must be authorized, among others, for the signing of agreements, being part of the list that the Ministry of the Government of Spain makes for this purpose.
