Description

It authorises the holder to reside and work in Spain indefinitely under the same conditions as Spaniards and grants the possibility of obtaining authorisation for residence or residence and work in other Member States of the European Union, under the conditions determined by the latter.

Requirements

Non-EU citizens who meet the following requirements are entitled to apply for an EU long-term residence permit:

Not be a citizen of a State of the European Union, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, or a family member of citizens of these countries to which the Union citizen regime is applicable.
Not have a criminal record in Spain or in their previous countries of residence for offences under Spanish law.
Not be banned from entering Spain and not be refused entry in the territorial space of countries with which Spain has signed an agreement to this effect.
Have resided legally and continuously in Spanish territory for five years. Continuity will not be affected by absences of up to six continuous months, provided that the sum does not exceed ten months within the five years, or that the sum does not exceed one year, if the absences are for work reasons. For the five years required, periods of stay for studies, student mobility or non-work placements will be calculated at 50% of the duration of the same, provided that at the time of the application you are in a situation of residence in Spain. EU Blue Card holders who have resided at least the last two years in Spanish territory, in order to calculate the 5 years required, residence in the European Union as an EU Blue Card holder will be taken into account. In this case, absences from the European Union may be of up to twelve continuous months, and the sum of these may not exceed a total of eighteen months within the five years.
Have fixed and regular resources to support themselves and, where appropriate, their dependent family. For family units that include two members, an amount representing 150% of the IPREM will be required, and for each additional member a further 50% will be added, which may come from their own resources or from work or professional activities.
To have public or private health insurance that covers the risks normally insured for Spanish citizens.

In addition, we will take care of requesting and coordinating the necessary appointments with the administration, trying whenever possible, to make an appointment on a day and time that suits you. In addition, we will take care of making all the necessary appointments in Spain to complete this procedure, trying, whenever possible, to organise these appointments according to your personal commitments.
We will keep a close eye on the status and monitoring of the process from the moment we start working until it is obtained.

Please note:

This service includes accompaniment on the day of the appointment to guide you through the entire process and to make the presentation of the correct documentation.
Your Campussing assistant will be waiting for you at the appointment site to assist you at all times in English or Spanish. It is perfect if you do not speak Spanish because we will help you communicate with the administration officials. If you need us to assist you in another language, you can request it but this will have an additional cost.
The price established on the web for this service, does not include the costs of immigration fees that must be paid separately by the applicant (See section Fees).

Optional services

Payment of immigration fees: if you want us to pay the fees for this process, which is a mandatory and personal requirement to process the certificate, you must pay them in advance. If you want us to pay them on your behalf, you must include the Campussing Service for payment of fees (1 service per fee). If you include it we will advance the payment of the corresponding fee and once paid you will have to reimburse us the cost of the fee.
Transfers: if you wish, on the day of the appointment your Campussing assistant can also pick you up at a meeting point, if possible at your hotel or home and take you to the office where the appointment has been made. The transfer service to immigration appointments includes the pick up at the meeting point and the transfer to the place of the immigration appointment in the city of residence. At the end of the service you will be taken back to the meeting point.
