Description
This is a long-term residence permit that can be obtained by foreigners who are holders of an EU long-term residence permit granted in another Member State of the European Union. Campussing processes this residence permit for non-EU foreigners who reside both in Spain and those who do not yet reside in Spain but plan to travel to the country as soon as they obtain the permit.
When contracting this service, a Campussing assistant will contact the holder of the application to organise everything in a timely manner, planning according to the time and interests of the person concerned. Your Campussing assistant will submit the application on your behalf, keeping you informed of the whole process. The application should be made at any time before travelling to Spain or upon arrival in Spain. In any case our recommendation is to do it before or at least agree on the service before travelling to Spain in order to plan correctly.
The deadline for a decision is 45 days from the day after the date on which the application was received. Once the authorisation has been granted, if you are not in Spain, you must enter Spain within a maximum period of 3 months. The authorisation takes effect as soon as you enter Spain, if you are abroad, or at the moment of notification if you are in Spain.
It is very important that within 1 month of the entry into force of the authorisation, you apply for and formalise your Foreigner Identification Card (TIE). If you contract the Campussing service, we will take care of this process. This includes requesting an appointment, preparation and advice on the documentation to be submitted, accompanying you to the appointment to assist you with the procedure and, if you do not speak Spanish, with the language. Therefore, we cover the whole process from the beginning to the completion and obtaining all the formal documentation. If you want to obtain your authorisation without incidents, don’t hesitate, hire this service and don’t worry, live a smart mobility!
