Who are the citizens who must apply for it?

Documentation

Once you contract this service and your order is formalized, your Campussing assistant will contact you to guide you with any questions you have regarding the documentation to submit, as well as to inform you of the whole process and ask you for the documents that we will need for the correct execution of the service.

  • The price established on the website for this service does not include the costs of immigration fees for those immigration services, in which the applicant must pay them for their formalization.

Optional services:

  • Payment of immigration fees: if you want us to pay the immigration fees for this process on your behalf, you know that it is a mandatory and personal requirement to process an immigration permit or procedure in Spain, you must pay the cost of the fees in advance and for your application to be admitted for processing. Immigration fees are not included in our processing service. Therefore, if you want Campussing to do this for you, so that we pay the fees in advance, you must include in your shopping cart, together with this processing service, the Campussing Service for payment of fees (1 service per fee to be paid). If you contract it, we will make the payment established by the Government of Spain for this procedure and then we will ask for your reimbursement. It’s that easy!  If you prefer to make the payment personally, you can do it yourself at the bank. We will tell you what you have to do once you contract this processing service by preparing the necessary documentation that we will send you so that you can make the payment at the corresponding bank.
  • Accompaniment: If you wish to have personalized accompaniment to the immigration appointment, so that your Campussing assistant can guide you through the whole process, your Campussing assistant can accompany you and wait for you at the place of the appointment to assist you. Also, it is perfect if you do not speak the language because he/she will translate for you. This service is provided in Spanish or English, but you can request it in other languages for an additional cost.
  • Transfers: if you wish, on the day of the meeting a Campussing assistant can also pick you up at a meeting point, if possible at your hotel or home and take you to the office where the meeting has been arranged. This transfer is always for urban transfers from point to point of the city of residence and always within the same city. At the end of the meeting at the immigration office your assistant will take you back to the meeting point.
  • You can also hire both with the escort and transfer service. The escort service with pick up and drop off at the meeting point is very useful and convenient since it will make the whole process as easy as possible.

Taxes

Fees for foreigners

  • In some immigration proceedings, foreign applicants must pay a processing fee.
  • The fees are a personal expense that has to be paid by the foreign applicant.
  • If you want we can pay them on your behalf and avoid you to go to the bank.
  • In order for us to pay your fees, you will have to pay them in advance as a supplement.
  • You only pay the cost of the fee if you have contracted the immigration service with us.
  • The fees that you will have to pay for this process are estimated at 12,00 € (approximate price that the Administration can change).

If you want us to pay on your behalf and in advance the immigration taxe for your procedure, please include the following service in order for us to make the payment in advance and being able to speed the application process up, avoiding that you need to complete the forms and make the payment at the bank. The service cost is specify below.

Please note that the cost of the personal immigration tax that we pay on your behalf, it will need to be refund additional after to Campussing and onve we justify the payment to you.

Reservation &payment

The reservation of this service on the Campussing platform becomes effective upon receipt of payment in our account. The price indicated on the website includes VAT or taxes corresponding to the country in which the service is provided.

Cancellation policy:

This product may be cancelled up to one week in advance as long as Campussing has not started the formal processing of the product. Formal processing is understood as the moment in which we start the execution of the contracted service. Any management carried out, the sending of a personalized mail, a phone call, a displacement, the payment of a fee or other management carried out, will be sufficient proof of the beginning of the formal activity.

Reimbursement:

We offer flexible and fair conditions. Whenever applicable and contemplated in the cancellation policy, we will proceed with the refund. In addition, if it is not contemplated, but we consider it fair and opportune, we will also proceed with the refund. The refund will always be made by the same means that the payment was made.
