Description
By contracting this service, you will have the opportunity to have a telephone or online meeting with your Campussing assistant who is an expert in immigration and foreign affairs. The service is established for a maximum period of up to 30 minutes and is aimed exclusively at foreign students of legal age who are in Spain or are planning to carry out a study mobility in Spain.
This time is initially sufficient to analyze each file and to be able to answer any questions you may have regarding immigration. If you do not know what to do, which are the processes to follow or how to formalize your legal situation, do not hesitate to book this service in which an expert will help you and guide you on your case and procedures.
Terms and conditions
By booking this service, you are contracting and reserving a formal meeting with an immigration expert who will be available to you on the day and at the time you have booked.
Since the time of this professional will be reserved in the agenda for you, making it impossible for this professional to dedicate to another client during that time or to have this time for another person, if for any reason you cannot attend the meeting and you have not canceled it in a timely manner, i.e. within the established deadline, we will not be able to refund the money paid.
Once the reservation has been made, you will have the right to cancel it up to three days before the time and day of the reservation you have contracted.
Meeting
There are two ways to carry out the immigration consultancy:
- Telephone: if you do not have or want to hold a videoconference, nor do you want to travel, it is possible to hold a telephone meeting exclusively.
- Face to face online: due to the pandemic, this is the most common way to hold the meeting nowadays, it allows you to meet your client and chat calmly without having to travel. It is very common when we hold meetings with foreigners who are not in Spain, or at their destination, so that they get advice prior to travel.
If after the initial contact meeting a second face-to-face meeting is necessary, your Campussing assistant will organize it with you, in our offices or in the place agreed upon for this purpose, this meeting will be organized in advance and with enough time for both parties.
Process
As soon as we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm the reservation and the day of the meeting. We will also confirm all the necessary information for the coordination of the appointment and access to the meeting.
