So that their needs are covered from the beginning and their integration in the destination city is quick. This programme differs from the welcome programme in that accommodation is not included and, on the other hand, a 10-hour Spanish immersion course is offered for those who wish to take it.

• Accommodation services: Via the Hospitality Service we can help you to find your future accommodation, by showing you the range of deals available from us or through our partners, and by assisting you in booking a visit for the flats that appeal to you. The list of offers includes both shared flats and dormitories, but also individual apartments can be found. The offers available will be located around your campus or designated area in destination and depending on your preferences.
Mobile phone:  You will be provided with a Spanish sim card upon arrival, which will allow you to call and to surf the internet for your first two months in destination. With this sim card, you can use up till 16 GB internet and 1,000 minutes of international calls per month and unlimitted national calls. You can apply for the SIM card once you know your arrival date to destination through the Hospitality Application form so we will have it ready for your arrival, thereby indicating the date on which you want it to be activated. It should be noted that, to be able to use this SIM card, it is necessary that your phone is SIM lock free.
Opening a bank account in Spain: With the Hospitality Package you are offered the possibility to open a free bank accountin any of our baking partners. We work with the biggest banks in Spain so we always have a bank office located near to your accommodatiorn, working or students place. Having a Spanish bank account enables you to take care of your payments in Spain (such as the payment of the gym, tuition fee, the accommodatio rent and others) and provides you with a Spanish debit card that you can use for shopping or other. Opening a bank account is not easy now due to several reasons and contorls, and takes times if you do not have everything in place. HAving the hospitaly package will support you a lot. We will organize it for your arrival and once we have set a date, we will inform you and if you do not manage or need support we wil accompany you for a visit to the bank to assist you in signing the contract. We always try to provide frree of charges bank accounts to all campsuiing partners.
Managing the residence documents: We will organize on your beahalf all the documentation requested to  legalize your stay in Spain. The NIE (also known as ‘Número de Identificación de Extranjeros), is an identification number for foreigners that reside in Spain that you mandatory need to get in order to live in Spain legally even if you are from a EU country or not. The hospitality services includes the application and formalisation of this legal requirement, we will take car and make it with you.  Without this number, you will not be able to arrange all of your activities during your stay in Spain: it is for instance needed to close a contract for your WIFI, to pay for your water- and electricity bills, to keep your bank account, and is also often required to make certain purchases. As obtaining a NIE number or TIE card takes a lot of time and effort, we will organize everything for you speeding the process up a lot. Please note that applying for this foreigner identification number or card requeires the payment of a foreigners Taxes establish by Spanish goberment. The payment of this foreigners taxes is not include in the price as this is a personal payment that needs to be paid by the applyicants further these are different prices for EU or no EU citizens. Once you have book and pay the hospitalyty service we will get in touch with you and ask you whether you want us to make the payment in advance. We wont charge any further but you will need to reimburse the foreigner taxes to us if we fianlly pay them on your behalf and in advance.

*Pick up service and accommodation for the first two nights: we will pick you up from the airport or station at the day of your arrival and we will drive you to the arranged accommodation in destination. Two nights are included in an individual room well located in the city center of your destination. Please note that if you wish to extend the numbers of nights and stay longer you will be able to do it.
Language courses: After your arrival, you also have the possibility to attend to a Spanish course organized at various levels to enable each person to start at their own pace. Additionally, you are able to participate in Spanish courses throughout the year organized by Campussing with the focus of making your integration in destination quicker. The language course include it in the pack is a practical 10 hours language course per weeks.
Transportation: We will provide you with a 10 trips public transport card at your arrival that enables you to use bus and metro during your first days in destination and a personal card that you will be able to use for the whole stay if you top it up.
Touristic information and culture: When arriving to destination, you will be given various brochures and tourist information that will help you to explore and get to know the city and your new surroundings.

*Optional Leisure activities: We also organize various leisure activities every month for Campussing members so if you attend to, that will help you to integrate into the Spanish culture. Some of them are free so you can take advantage of them at no cost and some of them are not free of charges. We will update you in advance so you can decide if you attend to any of them.

Documentation

Once you sign up for this service and your request is formalized, your Campussing assistant will contact you to get started, plan and guide you with any questions you may have regarding the necessary mobility processes. We will inform you about the documentation you will need to have ready for your mobility, and where and how to request the ones you do not have. If we need documentation exclusively for the correct execution of the contracted service, you must provide it to us so that we can assist you in time and form.

Conditions

  • Beneficiary service in Spanish and English.
  •  The attention will be provided during Spanish office hours from Monday to Friday.
  • The response to consultations will be given within a maximum of 24 hours.
  • Expenses for the formalization of insurance, visas or others are not included.
  • Your mobility assistant, at your request, may ask you to make an internal inquiry so that Campussing can advance the payment of a file management fee, such as the payment of an immigration fee, the advance payment of a deposit to formalize an accommodation, an insurance or others… and provided that there is a written agreement between the parties, that is to say between the “Client” (you) and Campussing. In the event that Campussing agrees to make a payment in advance on behalf of the person on the move, and always in order to expedite a service, the client agrees to reimburse Campussing for the mobility allowance at the agreed time and in the agreed manner.
  • Alternatively, the interested party or institution must advance as a provision of funds the agreed amount that corresponds to its formalization.
  • The beneficiary will be provided with an email address for direct contact with the Campussing assistant and a Campussing contact telephone number for emergencies.

Optionals

In addition to the additional services detailed for this mobility program on the main page Campussing Programs: http://www.campussing.com/programa-movilidad-personas/ We offer you the following additional options that you could hire additionally.

  • Accompaniment: If you would like us to accompany you to the appointments at the destination to guide you through the whole process, a Campussing assistant can accompany you and wait for you at the appointment place to assist you. Also, it is perfect if you do not speak Spanish so that he/she can translate or act as an interpreter. This service is available in Spanish or English.
  • Transfers: if you wish, on the day of the appointment your Campussing assistant can also pick you up at a meeting point, if possible at your hotel or home and take you to the office where the appointment has been arranged, as long as it is within the same city. At the end of your appointment, he/she will take you back to the meeting point.
  • Multilingual Attention Service: If you do not speak English or Spanish, or prefer to be attended in any other language, we can attend you in the language of your choice. This service must be requested upon quotation request and acceptance.

Taxes

Payment of immigration fees:
Throughout the development of a mobility services program, in some processes, as for example may be the application for a visa, foreign applicants must pay a processing fee. This program does not include the payment of any fees. Fees are a personal expense to be paid by the foreigner or applicant.

In some cases we can pay them in advance on your behalf, saving you a trip to the bank.
In order for us to make the payment in advance, there must be a prior written agreement so that we can pay them in advance as a supplement. If we pay them in advance, you will have to reimburse us later. If you have contracted a mobility program or services on the Campussing platform, you will only pay the cost of the fee and as a Campussing member we will not charge you any additional management fees.

Reservation & Payment

The reservation of this mobility program or services on the Campussing platform is effective upon receipt of payment in our bank account. The price indicated on the website includes VAT or taxes corresponding to the country in which the service is provided.

Cancellation policy:

This product may be cancelled up to one week in advance as long as Campussing has not started the formal processing of the product. Formal processing is understood as the moment in which we start the execution of the contracted service. Any management carried out, the sending of a personalized mail, a phone call, a displacement, the payment of a fee or other management carried out, will be sufficient proof of the beginning of the formal activity.

Reimbursement:

We offer flexible and fair conditions. Whenever applicable and contemplated in the cancellation policy, we will proceed with the refund. In addition, if it is not contemplated, but we consider it fair and opportune, we will also proceed to make a full or partial refund as appropriate. The refund will always be made by the same means by which the payment was made.
