Documentation

Campussing will take care of preparing all the necessary documentation to process your request for extension of stay authorization, ensuring the proper preparation of the documents to be submitted in each case. For this purpose we will ask you for all the necessary documents for its correct processing. If you do not have any of the necessary documents, your Campussing assistant will help you and will indicate you how to obtain them as well as the format required by the Administration in each case.

Campussing will give you throughout the whole process all the necessary indications to obtain the required documents in the shortest time possible. Your Campussing assistant will review all the documentation to verify that the format, language, validation and any other aspect are correct.

And once we have the documentation from your side together with the one that your Campussing assistant will prepare, we will make the formal request for the extension. The only responsibility of the Host Institution or of the graduate in each case, for whom the extension is requested, will be to expedite the obtaining of the corresponding documents so that we can make the required request.

Procedure

Campussing as your representative will make the extension request for each case and it is not necessary, a priori, your travel for the formal request, i.e. we will take care of everything.

We recommend that you organize the extension request as soon as you know that you are going to continue. In any case, as soon as the service has been contracted, your Campussing assistant will plan the timing, setting a deadline by which the request should be submitted. Don’t waste time and set yourself in motion to avoid that filing deadlines may expire, i.e. organize yourself to do it in a timely manner.

Submitting your application on time extends the validity of your authorization until a resolution of the application is obtained. The deadline for the resolution of the application is three months from the day following the date of receipt of the formal request.

Campussing will assist and accompany students in the process of processing their Alien Identification Card (TIE) whenever necessary for each case. Campussing includes as part of the service, the assistance with the processing of the fingerprinting and obtaining the TIE for the holder for which it will accompany the student on the day of the application for the TIE in person.

Taxes

Immigration fees are not included in the price of the service and will be paid separately. These fees are a personal expense of the applicant and/or his/her host institution established by the Administration for both of them, when they carry out an immigration procedure in Spain.

To facilitate the management and if you wish, we can pay them on your behalf in advance, to avoid you having to go to the bank to pay them, but you will have to reimburse the cost.

We can make the payment of all the fees necessary for the execution of the service, or you can pay them personally at the corresponding Spanish bank you work with. If Campussing advances the payment of the fees, you will have to pay once this service is contracted: 1. the cost of the fee established by the Ministry for this process + 2. the cost of the campussing service for the payment of the fees (1 service x each fee paid).
