Description

Family members of a citizen of Spanish nationality or of another Member State of the European Union, or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or Switzerland, who do not have the nationality of one of the aforementioned States, when they join the citizen or accompany them in Spain for a period of more than three months, must apply for and obtain the EU citizen’s family card.

Citizens who can apply

If you are planning to visit a family member in Spain for a period of more than three months, and your family member is a Spanish national, or a national of a European Union (EU) Member State, or a national of a State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, you must apply for and obtain a European Union Citizen Family Card.  If you are not sure whether you should formalise this process in Spain, enter and configure the product, if the nationality of your family member is among the nationalities listed in the selectable, then you must apply for your card.

Documentation

Once you contract this service and your order is formalized, your Campussing assistant will contact you to guide you with any questions you have regarding the documentation to submit, as well as to inform you of the whole process and ask you for the documents that we will need for the correct execution of the service.

Don’t worry, we will prepare and complete all the documents, forms and applications that need to be submitted in order to carry out the process correctly.  In addition, we will take care of requesting and coordinating the necessary appointments with the administration, trying whenever possible, to make an appointment on a day and time that suits you.  We take care of everything!

Please note:

  • This service includes accompaniment on the day of the appointment to guide you through the entire process and to make the presentation of the correct documentation.
  • Your Campussing assistant will be waiting for you at the appointment site to assist you at all times in English or Spanish. It is perfect if you do not speak Spanish because we will help you to communicate with the administration officials. If you need us to assist you in another language, you can request it but this will have an additional cost.
  • The price established on the web for this service, does not include the costs of immigration fees that must be paid separately by the applicant (See section Fees).

  • Payment of immigration fees: if you want us to pay the fees for this process, mandatory and personal requirement to process the certificate, you must pay them in advance and separately as they are not included in the price of our service. At the time of requesting the service you can select, payment of fee Yes or NO. If you want us to do this management for you, select Yes and avoid the walk and wait at the bank. If you prefer to do it personally you can do it by yourself. If you are not sure at this moment press no and if you need it later tell us.
  • Transfers: if you wish, on the day of the appointment your Campussing assistant can also pick you up at a meeting point, if possible at your hotel or home and take you to the office where the appointment has been arranged, as long as it is within the same city. At the end of the meeting he/she will take you back to the meeting point.

Immigration Fees

  • Some immigration processes require applicants to mandatory pay a personal immigration Tax at the time of the application. 

If you want us to pay on your behalf and in advance the immigration tax for your procedure, please include the following service in order for us to make the payment in advance and being able to speed the application process up, avoiding that you need to complete the forms and make the payment at the bank. The service cost is specify below.
